Abstract | The data was collected to understand the skills and knowledge needed by Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal social workers who are experienced and well-regarded by Aboriginal communities and their experience in social work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. A qualitative methodology was adopted, which resulted in data being gathered by means of an open ended questionnaire, individual face to face and telephone interviews, and one group interview. |
