Abstract | [Translation]: The degree of elevated blood glucose concentrations is associated with the risk of micro and macrovascular disorders. That is why glycemic control is central to the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Regular physical exercise can effectively improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes. However, the most optimal frequency of effort is still unknown. |
