Abstract

Criminal Law and Procedure Handbook, 2nd Edition, acts as a companion to a Criminal Law and Procedure Course in Australia. It aims to introduce students to the laws pertaining to criminal procedure in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

It also contains a discussion of problem solving methodology, its application to the criminal law and several examples that can be used to integrate criminal law and criminal procedure.

The second edition has been expanded to include Queensland and all references to Victoria and New South Wales have been updated.
