Abstract
This handy resource for Bible study groups, for preachers and for personal reflection contains the entire Gospel of Matthew from which most of the Sunday Gospels in Year A are taken.
Too often we consider the Sunday Gospels as self-contained units. We forget that they are part of a larger Gospel and are best understood within the context of the whole Gospel.
An Introduction to Matthew's Gospel and expert commentary by Francis J. Moloney, SDB will help to ensure that, by the end of the Year, the unique voice of Matthew is heard and understood.
Passages from the Gospels of Luke and John that are proclaimed in Year A are included also, with commentary.
