Abstract
[Extract] This study... investigated how teachers of junior, middle, and senior students made their OTJs in reading; using self-reported data from questionnaires and focus group interviews. The purpose was to learn about teachers' strengths and further needs in this area so that I could deliver more effective reading interventions in classes.
