Abstract
Christian texts (like Justin’s Dialogue with Trypho the Jew) emphasize that Christianity is right and that Judaism is wrong, because Christians, not Jews, properly understand the Hebrew Scriptures. There certainly is a parting of the ways here, at least in the reality as constructed by these texts.
