Abstract
he article presents a research study regarding the community recovery services offered by Catholic agencies after bushfire disasters in Victoria in 2009. Study shows the move of the Archbishop of Melbourne for the victims of bushfires by launching the Charitable Fund Bushfire Appeal. It also cites the services rendered by other Catholic organizations for victims including Catholic Social Services Victoria (CSSV), Centacare Catholic Family Services, and Jesuit Social Services.
