Abstract
[Extract] ...an appreciation of the key principles of sports nutrition can assist sport scientists and other members of the performance staff to provide an environment and culture that reinforces sound knowledge and practice, as well as to identify opportunities to address problems or opportunities at an early stage. The aim of this chapter is to provide practical insights that highlight the role of performance nutrition.
