Abstract
The purpose of this report is to develop an enhanced understanding of the needs of young adults (aged 18-25 years) living in the ACT who are caring for a family member or friend. This understanding will be used to inform the development and improvement of support services in order to mitigate impacts on physical and mental health often caused by the demands of an unsupported caring role.
