Abstract
The study compared undergraduate students’ perceptions (N=396) of assignment feedback via either a rubric or a graded category rating scale. Approximately 2 weeks after receiving assignment feedback via either a rubric or a graded category rating scale, students responded to a survey that included nine items examining such aspects as comprehension and usefulness of feedback and helpfulness in assignment preparation.
