Abstract
[English] The book covers the changes in the European Union during the financial crisis 2010-2017. The author describes the EU's stabilization mechanisms: the European Financial Stabilization Mechanism (EFSM), the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) and the European Stabilization Mechanism (ESM). The author follows the application of the mechanisms against Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, Portugal and Spain. The negotiation ends with a proposal for the conceptual and legal integration of the mechanisms into the EU's economic policy coordination system.
[German] Das Buch behandelt den Wandel der Europäischen Union während der Finanzkrise 2010-2017. Der Autor beschreibt die Stabilisierungsmechanismen der EU: den Europäischen Finanzstabilisierungsmechanismus (EFSM), die Europäische Finanzstabilisierungsfazilität (EFSF) und den Europäischen Stabilisierungsmechanismus (ESM). Der Autor verfolgt die Anwendung der Mechanismen gegenüber Griechenland, Irland, Zypern, Portugal und Spanien. Die Verhandlung wird mit einem Vorschlag der konzeptuellen und rechtlichen Integrierung der Mechanismen in das System der wirtschaftspolitischen Koordinierung der EU abgeschlossen.
