Abstract
An essay is presented on the concept of horizontalism, which refers to decentralized organization, in political and feminist philosophy within the context of the 2011 Occupy Wall Street protest movement. Also noted are the notion of intersectionality in Continental feminist philosophy, social aspects of sexual violence, and the role of a textual tradition in feminist philosophy.
