Abstract

[English] Intermediaries are a common feature of the school today. It is about teachers with leading roles, such as supervisors, mentors, role models, negotiators, professional developers and leaders. Through their key role and their close leadership, they can bring about real change in the classroom and in school. The book creates a thorough understanding of this complex assignment. It also contains plenty of suggestions and tools that help you as an intermediary to develop your own leading practice.
